- ME, MYSELF AND MY JOB: How to Find a Career that Fits your Character
To discover what you want, you need to understand who you are. With the help of our interactive assignments, you get to explore your strengths, weaknesses, and values - and gain insight in the type of career that sparks joy for you.
Everyone has a set of core principles: deeply rooted beliefs about behaviour, culture, and ideas of right and wrong. Gaining insight into your own principles, learning how to articulate them, and understanding how they align with potential career paths are key steps in making informed academic and professional choices. Through Ofman’s core quadrant model, plenary discussions and one-on-one exercises, we explore the personal qualities that shape who you are. In addition, we examine practical approaches for identifying the core principles of companies and organisations within your field of interest.
